Visit the Bushman’s Artisans Gallery in the old Bushman’s Hotel before morning tea at The Lodge on Hawthorn. Continue to Isisford to explore the Outer Barcoo Interpretation Centre and the story of Isisfordia Duncani, one of the world’s oldest crocodile ancestors. After lunch, visit the legendary Wellshot Hotel, a favourite outback pub, then arrive in Longreach. Board the Heritage Rail Motors travelling west for the Great Darr River Run, and take in the changing country as you encounter wildlife and bring alive the numerous waterholes, passing scrub and grasslands with incredible natural and cultural heritage. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour type and operator. Generally, cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a small admin fee. Cancellations 30-60 days forfeit 50% of the tour cost, and within 30 days forfeit the full amount. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
