Following a delicious pub lunch, you’ll head back into Winton to explore the Waltzing Matilda Centre and enjoy free time to walk the main street. Returning to Rangelands in the afternoon, live out the true outback life as you watch the spectacular sunset turn into a stargazers dream whilst enjoying sunset drinks and cheese platters on the deck, before a gourmet dinner. Enjoy a gourmet breakfast with a view on the deck of Rangelands before a short flight (30 min) to Longreach. After landing, a short walk to the Qantas Founders Museum will see you immerse yourself in the rich history of aviation through interactive displays, engaging exhibits and a guided tour exploring the iconic Qantas aircraft in the airpark. Following a delicious lunch, you’ll head to your accommodation at the Saltbush Retreat where you can enjoy some free time taking in the rustic charm of your accommodation or take a relaxing soak in the outdoor baths.
